Well the item took just a bit longer than the shipper predicted. I did reach out, and before they responded the belly ring did arrive, thankfully.. I did let them know it got to me, and a few days they responded. So it was a mediocre customer service transaction .. but the actual product I received is of high quality and am satisfied with it.

Comfy belly bar that matches the photos! Came in a cute drawstring bag!

I love this belly ring but the only thing is the color isn’t as depicted in the picture. In the picture it’s more of a deep grape purple and the one I received was a light purple.
